Terms & Conditions of application

  • All applications must be supported by a complete application form, sent either by online form, email, post, fax, or hand delivered to our office.
  • If more than one adult wishes to inhabit the property, Premier Property Management must receive a completed application form from each adult, even in the event of the lease being in one name only.
  • If a Landlord is willing to accept a tenant who is not in employment, the Landlord will require a Guarantor, who is in full time employment. A Guarantor will be credit checked in addition to the tenant.
  • All students, other than PHD, are required to have a Guarantor with a British bank account. In the event that an applicant does not have a British bank account, or a guarantor with a British bank account, a Landlord may ask for the complete value of the tenancy rental to be paid, prior to the commencement of the lease.
  • In the instance of the landlord accepting an indoor pet, there will be an additional deposit in order to ensure that an anti-allergy clean of the property can be completed at the ending of the tenancy. Additional deposits vary dependent on circumstance.
  • Whilst every effort is made to ensure that property listings and their particulars on this website and any other means used to market same are accurate, they do not constitute or form any part of an offer or contract.
